The terms "Plentiday", "we", "us" and "our" refer to PLENTIDAY FOOD SDN. BHD. 

By accessing our website, you are agreeing to be bound by the below terms and conditions, together with any stated policies. Please read carefully every time when you access and before continuing to access or purchase on this website, as we reserve the right to change the terms and conditions as well as stated policies without prior notice.

 

 

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

 

  • Delivery service in West Malaysia is available with a minimum purchase amount of RM60.
  • We hand over all complete purchases before Sunday 12a.m. to the logistics company every Tuesday for delivery.
  • Delivery takes about 3 working days to complete.
  • If Tuesday is a public holiday, you will be notified with a newly planned delivery schedule.
  • You must ensure all fill-in information is correct and the contact number is reachable, as this information will not be able to be changed.
  • Logistics company may contact you during their delivery task.
  • You must be available to receive the delivery at the stated address.
  • Once you receive the order, you have to instantly unbox it, conduct checking, and store all the product inside the freezer compartment at a temperature of -18°C.
  • There is a shipping fee of RM10 for all purchases. Free shipping is available in the Klang Valley with a minimum spend of RM130 above.
  • If the delivery address or postcode is not under or aligned with the logistic company's delivery coverage area, we will cancel the order and then process a refund of the paid amount through your original payment method.
  • We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the logistics company or events outside our control.

 

 

2. RETURN AND REFUND 

 

  • Return, exchange and refund are not allowed.
  • If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  • You have to furnish us with order details, truthful information, and photos to review.
  • Please allow the review, which may take time to process.
  • Refund is subject to our approval.
  • Shipping fee is not refundable.
  • We may provide a partial refund of the paid amount.
  • A refund is not allowed for the following circumstances: (i) Incorrect delivery address/information or selecting a wrong product. (ii) Delivery issues or delay. (iii) Not available to receive the delivery. (iv) Product spoilage due to not storing the product properly.
